The design principle of this series of fused end quick connectors is to use a professional fiber optic cutter to cut exposed fibers of fixed length to obtain a neat fiber end face. Then, we use our company's professional fiber optic melting machine to melt and polish the end face, achieving a neat and smooth cutting of the fiber optic end face.
When docking with other standard tail fibers, we can achieve low attenuation of standard tail fiber docking. The fixation principle inside the joint is the same as the design principle of ordinary quick connectors, which involves inserting the bare fiber into a high-precision V-shaped groove and introducing high-precision ceramic inserts, directly penetrating the produced fiber into the top of the joint, Physical hard connection with standard pigtail heads. Then, fix the exposed fibers at the tail and outer layer into three layers, and retain a slightly bent exposed fiber to ensure thermal expansion and contraction. The internal length changes caused by tension changes are elastically fixed to exposed fibers and coatings through metal U-shaped clamping springs, which are insensitive to temperature changes and ensure that optical properties do not change under high and low temperature conditions. The three-layer fastening method of bare optical fiber, coating, and optical cable sheath has a tensile strength of up to 50N/10 minutes, ensuring high stability, low attenuation, and high efficiency in various application scenarios.
