It provides an outdoor physical working environment and security system equipment for wireless communication sites or wired network site workstations.
The outdoor integrated cabinet is suitable for outdoor environments, such as cabinets installed on roadsides, parks, rooftops, mountainous areas, and flat ground. Base station equipment, power equipment, batteries, temperature control equipment, transmission equipment, and other supporting equipment can be installed in the cabinet, or installation space and heat exchange capacity can be reserved for the above equipment.
It is a device used to provide a good working environment for equipment working outdoors. It is mainly used in wireless communication base stations, including the new generation of 5G systems, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission switching stations, emergency communications/transmission, etc.
The outer panel of the outdoor integrated cabinet is made of galvanized sheet with a thickness greater than 1.5mm, and is composed of an outer box, internal metal parts and accessories. The interior of the cabinet is divided into an equipment compartment and a battery compartment according to function. The box has a compact structure, is easy to install, and has excellent sealing performance.

The outdoor integrated cabinet has the following features:
1. Waterproof: The outdoor integrated cabinet adopts special sealing materials and process design, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of rain and dust to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Dustproof: The internal space of the cabinet is sealed to prevent dust from the air from entering, thereby ensuring the efficient operation of the equipment.
3. Lightning protection: The internal structure of the shelf has been specially treated to effectively prevent electromagnetic interference and damage to the equipment in the cabinet caused by lightning current, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
4. Anti-corrosion: The cabinet shell is made of high-quality anti-corrosion paint, which can effectively prevent corrosion and oxidation and improve the service life and stability of the cabinet.
5. The equipment warehouse cabinet adopts air conditioning for heat dissipation (heat exchanger can also be used as heat dissipation equipment), MTBF ≥ 50000h.
6. The battery cabinet adopts air conditioning cooling method.
7. Each cabinet is equipped with a DC-48V lighting fixture
8. The outdoor integrated cabinet has a reasonable layout, and the cable introduction, fixing and grounding operations are convenient and easy to maintain. The power line, signal line and optical cable have independent entry holes and will not interfere with each other.
9. All cables used in the cabinet are made of flame retardant materials.
2. Design of outdoor integrated cabinet
The design of outdoor integrated cabinets needs to consider the following factors:
1. Environmental factors: Outdoor cabinets need to consider factors such as waterproofing, dustproofing, corrosion resistance, and lightning protection to adapt to harsh outdoor environmental conditions.

7. Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance between the grounding device and the metal workpiece of the box shall not be less than 2X104M/500V(DC);
8. Withstand voltage: The withstand voltage between the grounding device and the metal workpiece of the box shall not be less than 3000V (DC)/1min;
9. Mechanical strength: Each surface can withstand a vertical pressure of >980N; the outermost end of the door can withstand a vertical pressure of >200N after it is opened.
